  4. Documentation for the installation  and  use  of  MiniNet's  SuperK  and 
  5. JBatch 18 (9 single and 9 batch mode) transfer protocols with RBBS-PC
  6.  
  7. Please  Note  that the WXmodem Single File Mode Implementation in SuperK 
  8. is fully compatible with the WXMODEM.COM specified in the  RBBS-PC  Docs 
  9. and should be used as a direct replacement for WXMODEM.COM. 
  10.  
  11. Note  also, that  the SuperK Jmodem Single File Mode is fully compatible
  12. with  the  Standalone  JMODEM.COM  and  should  be  used  as  a   direct 
  13. replacement for JMODEM.COM 
  14.  
  15. The protocol drivers,  SUPERK.COM and SKJ.COM must be configured for use
  16. with RBBS in a single or multiple node installation.
  17.  
  18. Configuring SuperK and SKA.COM
  19. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  21.     1) Start up SUPERK.COM as  SUPERK @
  22.  
  23.     2) Press  E  and input the Xferfile name as    XFER-?.DEF
  24.  
  25.     3) Press H
  26.  
  27.     4) The  default  colors  for  Jmodem  are  Black  text  on  a  White
  28.        background  and  are "hard coded" as such.  If you wish to change 
  29.        the default colors,  press C and make your selection for each  of 
  30.        the 7 color schemes.

  32.     5) If you plan on storing the SuperK files in a directory OTHER than
  33.        the logged (BBS) directory,  press F and input the FULL drive and 
  34.        path where all of the  SuperK  (SUPERK.COM,  SUPERK.000,  SKJ.COM
  35.        and CMODEM.EXE) files will reside
  36.  
  37.     6) Once you have completed your modifications, hit Enter and input a
  38.        Y  to  the "Ready to Save" prompt.  SuperK will clone itself with 
  39.        the new settings and return you to the DOS prompt. 
  40.  
  41.     7) If you have specified an OvlPath (step 5 above) simply  copy  all
  42.        of the SuperK files into the specified directory. 
  43.  
  44. You  may  start up SuperK with the @ parameter at any time if you simply 
  45. want to check the settings.  A  new  clone  will  not  be  produced  (or 
  46. prompted  for)  unless  you  actually  make  modifications to any of the 
  47. settings.

  50. that may have to be changed on each of the protocols definitions is  the
